What is ToyotaCare?

With this plan, all necessary factory scheduled maintenance of your Toyota is covered for up to 25,000 miles or two years, depending on which comes first. This plan is included with the purchase or lease of any Toyota vehicle, whether you’ve bought a car, truck, SUV, or hybrid. In addition, the ToyotaCare maintenance plan also includes 24-hours road-side assistance for two years after your purchase.

No-Cost Maintenance Plan

With the maintenance plan, you can rest assured that your Toyota is in the hands of Toyota-trained technicians. These specialists will execute all factory-recommended maintenance on your vehicle, and what’s more, at no cost. If any parts need to be replaced, you can also take comfort in the fact that only Toyota genuine parts will be used. For your convenience, you’ll receive an alert when your vehicle is due for a service. Toyota will also open a file for you, where all your vehicle’s maintenance services will be recorded. Your ToyotaCare maintenance plan includes the following:

  • Tire rotation
  • Inspection and adjustment of fluids
  • A multi-point inspection
  • Engine oil and filter change

Toyota recommends that you schedule a service appointment every six months or 5,000 miles – depending on which comes first – to ensure that your vehicle remains in prime condition. The specific maintenance tasks that are performed during a maintenance service will vary depending on the vehicle model and year, the number of miles, and the condition of the car.

Roadside Assistance

In addition to the maintenance plan, you’ll also gain access to a 24-hour roadside-assistance service for two years. As is the case with the maintenance plan, this service is also free of charge. You can make use of this service whenever you get stuck on the side of the road or need urgent assistance. You can, for instance, call for assistance to help you jump-start your car when your battery is dead or to help you refuel if you run out of gas. In addition, the service includes towing, winching, and lockout protection.
