The 2020 Tacoma trims include the SR, SR5, SR V-6, SR5 V-6, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, TRD Pro, and the Limited. This truck has a trapezoid-shaped grille with a grated design, and the Toyota emblem is featured prominently at its center. The body of the 2020 Tacoma has a rugged, powerful look. Exterior features include manual-folding mirrors, reverse-opening rear passenger doors, and skid plates at the base trim. Higher trims get integrated pickup storage, conventional rear door options, a class four trailering kit with a harness and hitch, and turn signal equipped mirrors.

The 2020 Toyota Tacoma rolls off the lot with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine providing 159 horsepower and 180 pound-feet of torque or a 3.5-liter six-cylinder engine producing an impressive 278 horsepower and 265 pound-feet of torque. The Tacoma is capable of switching between rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive as needed. The transmission on the four-cylinder is a six-speed automatic and the transmission for the six-cylinder has an optional six-speed manual transmission.

The performance of the 2020 Toyota Tacoma varies wildly based on the trim and configuration chosen - between engines, trim, cab, and bed options, there are more than 30 possible combinations!
