Trim Levels
The newly designed and renovated 2020 Highlander comes in five trim levels: the L, LE, XLE, LIMITED, and PLATINUM. There are also hybrid editions available in the LE, XLE, and LIMITED trims. Each grade can be completely tailored to your needs, desires, and budget. The L, LE, and XLE trims all offer 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and taillights, and a newly redesigned body style featuring a low-cut roof and rounded fenders. The LE, XLE, LIMITED, and PLATINUM all feature a power liftgate and LED fog lights.
Engine
The 2020 Highlander is not lacking in power one bit due to the new 3.5-liter V-6 engine, which offers a whopping 295 horsepower directed to its front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive is also an option, and many drivers prefer the feeling of control that it affords. The hybrid versions of the models come with a 2.5-liter inline-four engine that produces an amazing 243 horsepower.
